See if this study is right for you.

Atopic Dermatitis (Eczema) can be uncomfortable, itchy, embarrassing and painful that affects millions of children and adults in the United States. While the exact causes of Atopic Dermatitis is unknown, the inflammation is attributed to the body's immune system overreaction to allergens, irritants, bacteria and other environmental factors.

Investigational treatment BRE-AD01 is a one time subcutaneous (under the skin) injection which utilizes exosome therapy in order to rejuvenate growth within the skin tissue and suppress inflammation while boosting the body's immune defense system in order to repair and protect the skin.

Why use BRE-AD01?

BRE-AD01 uses cutting edge research to produce a state-of-the-art exosome treatment to promote skin regeneration and suppress inflammation.

In various pre-clinical models, BRE-AD01 has demonstrated superior therapeutic effects compared to competing treatments such as JAK inhibitors (upadacitinib, baricitinib) and steroids while exhibiting no side-effects in tested animals.

BRE-AD01 also has has multiple Mechanisms of Actions (MOAs) that it utilizes such as repressing type 2 immune reaction, regulating IL-31R, and promoting skin barrier recovery.
